“Allegro staff always seem to care about what the customer wants rather than showing off their musical prowess. Their eagerness to help has been the reason I choose them as my supplier of choice. They are respectful of your ability and no question I ask is percieved a stupid one even when it is. Thanks to the whole team, both store and online for your help, it makes making the right choice an easy thing to do.”

“The first impression was my customer service feedback. I had a few simple questions about the item and Jess replied to me almost immediately, which is pretty impressive. Considering the amount of money I was planning on spending and past bad experiences online, it was important to me that there should be a quick and personal response, so I could be sure it wasn't a scam! Then once the order was placed and accepted I kept receiving updates and confirmations. It all arrived when it said and it included all they said it would.”

“Initially v helpful advice re first ukelele from staff at Chelmsford branch, was able to try several models in the shop, eventually went for the Kala KA-TEME, not stocked but on receiving reassurance that would be able bring in to the store ordered from the Allegro website, at a price very competitive with other well-known online marketing organisations. Arrived in good time and good nick. Plays well, very pleased with purchase. Will shortly be in touch with Chelmsford branch again re packaged-in free lesson - and hopefully to help launch a Chelmsford-based Uke group/club group if no such entity exists currently!”

“These guys where great, i thought the website looked a little unprofessional and almost put me off but still used them, my guitar arrived a day earlier than planned and in great condition, they where easy to contact too and very helpfull. was also the best price i could find it. Ill be sticking with these for all my guitar geat in future.”
