“When was last in there I had fantastic customer service. I spent a lot of money and I was helped with getting all the gear in the car. I was also offered a long warranty and everyone was very polite despite being so busy”

“Answered query prior to purchase very promptly then very easy to order online. Ordered over a bank holiday so sent an email asking to clarify delivery date and reply was immediate. Arrived far sooner than I expected. Overall very pleased with service and the item bought - and Allegro were one of the few dealers in the UK I could get this product.”

“Ordered Kala ukulele online. Received email to say the one they had in stock was damaged and next delivery was due in 5 weeks, would I like to choose alternative? I sent email to ask if they had the next model up in range, they replied that they had. Was told that I would have to pay the difference (would have been good customer service to waive this for the inconvenience as it was only £8 more). As I needed it urgently I reluctantly paid the extra by phone. After 2 days it hadn't arrived so phoned to ask if it had been dispatched and was told it would be sent out that day. Arrived following day in a flimsy cardboard box with one piece of bubble wrap to protect it. Fortunately it was undamaged. Not impressed with level of customer service.”

“My Tyros 4 was as described,the subwoofer( the big box) was described as B condition,but looked as good as the keyboard A condition and delivered on time. There was good communication through the order process.Very pleased with my purchase,and would buy from Allegro in the future.”

“I bought a tyros 5 in a part exchange deal - I was originally looking for a tyros 5/61, but there were none left - I was offered a very good deal on an ex-demo 5/76. If I hadn't known I would think the keyboard is brand new. I received the keyboard within a few days of my order. I am very happy with my purchase - now I just need to do it justice! Thank you”
