“Firstly they stock top class merchandise. They were able to supply the amplifier I desired and it was delivered to my door in the time limit they specified. A telephone conversation with a member of staff was reassuring and I am pleased to say the product is excellent. Many Thanks.”

“There was a delay in me receiving the product which was due to an instrument not passing the pre dispatch checks and there not being another in stock. I was given the choice of choosing a different brand, waiting or getting a refund. I chose to wait and the instrument arrived within the timescale I had been told and was dispatched so as to arrive on a day that was convenient to me. The dispatch company were great, I called them on the day and they gave me a two hour slot so I didn't have to wait in any longer than necessary. Superb service and the product was exactly as described.”

“I was able to buy a new Yamaha Piano for my grand daughter-staff were extremely helpful, and I was able to part exchange a guitar and a mandolin and pay the balance in cash. Service was excellent throughout.”
