“the people in the allegro music firm chelmsford are extremely condescending and rude. they expect every single person who comes into the shop to know everything about their instrument inside out. i went into the shop to buy a guitar and i was treated very rudely making it seem that they didn't take me seriously despite the fact i was about to buy a guitar close to a £1000. every time it seems an adult is about they completely change and clearly don't take teenagers and younger people seriously. i'm absolutely disgusted at this and i think its a joke. i will never ever purchase from this shop again but i will simply go to the shop and try out the things i want to buy elsewhere. don't feed this company and their greed by buying from them.”

“The whole process from browsing through to receiving my selection was easy. Even though what i ordered was unavailable a suggested alternative was put forward, which was was one i had already looked at, i therefore selected this.
