“Assistant at the shop extremely helpful we would not have been able to choose a good piano without his help. You have a well stocked shop, wonderful cross section of instruments best we have seen. Very pleased with my digital piano, fitters who delivered piano had it set up very quickly good service. Thanks very much.”

“My son wanted an electric violin for Christmas and we found a good selection on the Allegro Music website. Ordering was very easy and the Hidersine HEV1 Electric Violin arrived in plenty of time for Christmas, very well padded for protection. It looks splendid and sounds very good - just right for a first electric violin”

“Excellent service from Mark in the Chelmsford branch. Gave good honest advise, played various instruments to show how good each one was. Superb Customer service like this made me very happy i purchased from Allegro rather than through Amazon. I would 100% recommend going to chelmsford Allegro.”

“Fabulous music shop with great customer service. I went in with my brother-in-law's Christmas wish list and staff were able to help me find the appropriate kit or best alternatives and were happy to negotiate on price. Well worth the time and effort - staff expertise, advice and friendliness made the whole shopping experience a delight.”

“I found the website a little difficult to navigate on a mobile device due to the menus at the top of the page. Still the item I wanted was at a great price and when I phoned to check stock they couldn’t be more helpful. There was a small issue with the delivery company leaving the item and signing for it themselves but Allegro took the feedback seriously and again couldn’t be better.”

“Having only just starting the music journey and using Allegro Music I need to say that it has always been a pleasure visiting the Chelmsford Store nothing is too much of a problem and despite the busy period over Christmas I never felt under appreciated and all the time I needed was given with no question left unanswered.”
