“I was pleased with the customer service at Allegro Music. Responses to my online requests we're polite, efficient and helpful. Especially in my case, as there was a manufacturer supply problem and Rich spoke to them directly to verify likely availability. When this didn't work out, he suggested some good alternatives.”

“I wanted to p/exchange my Tyros 5 for a Genos. I chose Allegro as it was offering the most attractive deal I could find. I spoke to Ben on the phone, very friendly and knowledgeable, he made the whole transaction very easy. Unfortunately after delivery, the keyboard developed a fault. The staff at the store talked me through a resetting process and put me in touch with a Yamaha technician but couldn't rectify the fault. Ben made arrangements to exchange the keyboard for a new one within days. Excellent service throughout. I have no problem in recommending Allegro to anyone wishing to purchase a new instrument. If you have any doubts about their product knowledge. go onto their website and watch Bens demo' of the Genos keyboard. Very impressive.”

“Very good pre-sales. Personal approach and very prompt handling of the order. Delivery driver was not impressed that he had to help get the piano upstairs even though this was clearly pre agreed and I was helping. A bit more cheery delivery would certainly enhance the experience. No harm done.”
