“I cannot fault Allegro Music for their service. Firstly, their choice is excellent, website is laid out well and suggestions are good. For me the huge thing is how helpful they have been - lovely on the phone, rushed my order through, lots of positive communication without being over the top, and generous with what they included in the sale, which is comparable to other vendors in price (high quality gig bag, not just a plastic cover, decent tuner and the offer of a lesson). My purchase arrived quickly, and they have even posted through the payment receipt from the till. Brilliant shop and will be my first port of call for future purchases. Thank you.”

“Hi I am Alessandro Magno Giangio from Florence, Italy. Ihave ordered two Reveletion RLP-3 Blues Line electric guitars. Sale Service gave me a very good price both for the two instruments and the shippinginsurance. The Shipping Service was First Class: they packed the two guitars with a very sturdy pack so the two instruments arrived perfect in every part. The Customer Service made a good work on the two guitars since they arrived with a good set-up. I am very very satisfied of the Great Job of the whole Staff of Allegro Music. “I ordered a music arranger keyboard complete with stand and other equipment on spec, because they were offering the best deal. I was notified in advance of them dispatching my keyboard and it arrived, in excellent condition, (in 3 boxes) using a local courier service, within 4 working days of my order.”

“A friend wished to replace his Hohner Harmonica which he had owned for over 60 years. We visited the Westcliff shop and were shown the impressive range sold by Allegro. I ordered it online late on Thursday afternoon, it arrived Saturday morning. Really good service!”
