“The Cordoba 20TM Ukulele I ordered arrived within 5 days (which is understandable given the covid delays) and in perfect condition. Has a very rich, even sound across frequencies, and feels sturdy and well made. Recommend it as an upgrade from beginner Ukes, can't go wrong with the mahogany, especially the solid top. The staff were friendly too - called them to ask if they would price-match another retailer and got an email the next day saying they would be happy to. Definitely recommend the product and the service.”

“I’d like to recommend Allegro to anybody looking for quality instruments & advice, I mailed them with questions about buying a new ukulele & they came straight back to me & answered everything & even offered to add some extra bits to help me set up my new instrument 5 stars ⭐️ all the way & thanks for your help”

“I had always wanted to learn to play the guitar but, after a failed attempt many years ago, it became one of those things that I never did. Then, one day, I walked past Allegro Music, did a double-take and decided to take the plunge. The first thing to do was buy a guitar about which I knew nothing! Following constructive advice, I had a shortlist of three acoustics which I spoke about to friends who know far more about these things than me. I then headed back to the shop, bought my chosen guitar. I signed up for guitar lessons which, frustrating at times, I thoroughly enjoy. My guitar tutor, Jack, has frames the lessons around music and bands that I like listening to, which makes the learning process a pleasure. I can’t recommend Allegro enough, whether buying an instrument or signing up for lessons. I should have done it years ago!”

“Whilst looking at small amplifiers for my e/acoustic set up, I came across the Fishman loudbox mini on the Allegro Music website. This was my first choice amp and they had the special edition cream/black editon at a substantially lower price than I'd seen anywhere else. I applied for a discount voucher which knocked almost another fiver off, and after that it was a no brainer. Full communication meant I was updated about when I could expect delivery, and a few days later it arrived by courier and I am absolutely delighted with it. It was advertised as a demo model so I thought it might have some minor marks, but my Fishman was absolutely pristine. It's the first time I've dealt with Allegro but as I change up my gear in the future I will be back.”

“Ordered concert ukelele and bundle with bag and tuner. Could not get website to work to add bundle. Called Sunday, then had to call back three times more to get a response. Finally sorted Wednesday but bundle price went up from displayed £10 to £17.50, but did get a discount of £1.60! Uke came direct from manufacturer in two days. Over a week and still waiting for bag and tuner via Royal Mail. Need tuner to set up, uke still in box. This week I've had other items from Denmark in 3 days, from Lancashire in less than 21 hours. I live in Suffolk and Allegro Music is in next county, Essex. Not impressed by lack of promised call backs, increased price against displayed or shop delivery service.”
