“Slight hiccup with delivery (bag and tuner lost in Christmas post, which had been sent separately from instrument) but sorted incredibly quickly and with courtesy. The ukulele is really lovely too. Well done, Allegro”

“Bought a gorgeous Lanikai ukulele and got a bit of discount as well. Very fast delivery and well packaged ( was a bit concerned about a fragile ukulele being sent by courier, but no need it's perfect) wish I lived closer so I could visit the shops in person. I'm one very happy uke player :)”

“Didn't have the product I bought then sorted upgrade for further money. Didn't come when they said 2-4 days came 7days after paying upgrade. One of the 2 box's was already opened when courier delivered . Rang alegro they didn't really do anything about this.”
