“The new Yamaha keyboard is great. I love the sound of the piano and the feel of the keyboard. However the new Touch screen reflects the overhead light, and if I use a standing lamp, it also reflects the light!! Help!!”

“Just received my beautiful Admira Flamenco guitar.. arrived ahead of time in a box that was like Fort Knox.. Perfect!!.. you can tell when a guitar has been checked and setup so with a little tuning is playable straight from the box.. Thankyou Allegro Music, we will be doing more business soon”

“I have just bought a top quality digital piano from Allegro. Being unable to visit because of lockdown I had to rely on email and telephone to discuss by purchase. Despite my initial choice being out of stock because of the Covid situation, I was given excellent advice and have ended up with a superior product that I am delighted with. Delivery of the piano and collection of my old instrument was efficient and trouble free.”

“The customer service I received from Allegro was outstanding. I bought a uke that developed a problem several months after purchase and I got in touch with the team to discuss - the response was swift to my initial query and I sent the uke back. They assessed really quickly and immediately offered me a refund as this model was not in stock. I picked an alternative in the end and was so impressed by their quick and positive response. I am so used to terrible customer service from faceless call centres and experience has restored my faith! Highly recommend Allegro Music”

“Due to the disrupted supply chain as a result of covid I had to wait sometime for my Kawai MP7SE. When it arrived it was well worth the wait, I ordered the dearer accessory package with it and I am very pleased with it all. Allegro were very helpful and kept me updated, when stock arrived it was quickly dispatched and all arrived well packaged. I chose Allegro because the price was the best on the web and after I read many reviews of other online dealers I came to the conclusion that Allegro would give me that personal service that is missing in some of the big boys! I would not hesitate to recommend Allegro to anyone considering buying an instrument. Big enough to match prices, small enough to care.”

“I purchased a used Tyros 4 on the 18th December. As it was about to be delivered, it was found to have a cracked screen. I was given a Tyros 5 on loan, but the control panel doesn’t work ! I have now been offered a Tyros 4 SE for an additional cost of £150, and am waiting for a delivery to be arranged. Ben has been very helpful, but I still don’t have the keyboard I have paid for !”

“Ordered a Keyboard Psr-SX 900 on a part exchange deal from Allegro Music on the 18/01/21, Spoke to a manager online and on the phone the same day, Received a good price for my old Keyboard, was able to complete the deal on the same day, and received my new keyboard two days later, was very pleased with the service from start to finish...Thank you to ALLEGRO MUSIC.”

“I ordered a new piano from the Chelmsford branch where Jo C, was so helpful and attentive in showing me the stock and background behind each piano. There was no pressure and she gave me lots of freedom and time. Due to national lockdowns and the piano I had chosen being out of stock, the delivery took longer than initially expected. However Chris was brilliant in keeping in contact throughout the whole process so I was never left wondering. The delivery team were so professional and friendly and despite wet and tricky conditions they managed the move and exchange of my old piano smoothly and efficiently. Overall a fantastic local service and I will definitely recommend them to everyone! Thank you!”
