“Their website was well laid out, and the order process was quick and easy to navigate through. Once my order was placed, the delivery came within a few days, was very well packaged, and arrived in perfect condition. I had to contact one of the staff members, and the level of customer service was excellent. “Love the keyboard I purchased and the price I paid. There were a few mishaps though. I was told the delivery for my keyboard was going to be Tuesday so I had the day off work, when it came to 4pm and nothing had arrived I checked the courier website only to find out that they had attempted delivery on the Monday so had to fetch it myself. Also the website advertised a free gift for me but nothing came with the keyboard or thereafter. Overall I still love the keyboard which made it worthwhile”

“Allegro Music supplied me with a Yamaha Clavinova. They were helpful with the order and answered a number of follow up queries efficiently. They also took my digital piano in part exchange which was very helpful and took it away when delivering the new piano. The staff have all been friendly and the delivery and installation was all good. I would recommend this company.”
