“Fantastic service and a good price. I ordered a Uke for my husband's birthday present. He has never played an instrument before but loves his Uke. One of the accessories I ordered was out of stock, but Allegro contacted me to let me know and offered me a more expensive item at no extra cost. I will definitely order from them again.”

“I ordered a ukulele for my daughter's Christmas present, based on her "hints to Santa", without any idea of what to expect. The sales team at Allegro were very helpful, with speedy responses to my questions, and agreed to replace after Christmas if not suitable. The ukulele arrived, well packaged and in good time. I left it unopened until Christmas Day. When the day arrived, we found there was not a carry case with the instrument. This was agreed in my initial contact so I E Mailed the team to see what could be done. I received a reply almost immediately, on Christmas Day, informing my my enquiry would be dealt with the following day. On Boxing Day I received an apology, and was told the case would be sent the following day. The case duly arrived but was too small. It appears ours was a non standard size. Again I contacted Jessica at Allegro, who was more than helpful. I was concerned as my daughter was due to return to University after the holidays and needed the case to transport the new instrument (which was exactly what she wanted) Jessica arranged for another case to be sent on express delivery so it arrived in time. A very good quality case, which was included free. I can't praise Jessica enough for her prompt help in resolving the problem. Happy to recommend to all. The price was better than elsewhere too...Sue”

“Digital piano advertised on website, I ordered piano over Internet only to be told a day later that they had already sold it. Obviously did not update the website. They made an offer of another one for an extra £120. I did not take them up on poor offer. Customer relations is rubbish! Trading Standards may be interested in this one. Have not had my money back yet!”

“The CTK-240 has been a really successful Xmas present for our nine year old granddaughter. She absolutely loves it. Our only criticism concerns the delivery packaging. We had to carefully remove the address and associated Allegro Music detail from the Casio packaging. This could have spoilt the appearance.”
