This is my 3rd keyboard I 've bought for Allegro (nothing wrong with the other two, I just wanted an upgrade) and to be honest, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They gave me a more than fair price for my Tyros 5 (76 key complete with speakers) for a Genos 1. They told me the instrument was "grade A" and they were not joking, the keyboard and speakers looked as if they were delivered from the manufacturer. The "Megastick" they sent with my Genos is brimmed with lots and lots of extra goodies. Bens knowledge is extensive and any questions was always answered promptly and accurately and he always has time to explain, even to the point of giving instructions whilst I was pressing buttons on my Genos! My instrument was delivered within 5 working days and my old keyboard collected 2 days afterwards. They have even given me a 2 year warranty which is exceptional. Shop around by all means, but if you want the best deals and service then Allegro Music is the number one choice.

A warm and friendly greeting from staff as soon as I walked into the store in Chelmsford. Ben was able to show me a pre owned piano which ticked all the boxes for me. He was very knowledgeable about the range of pianos in store and was able to answer all my questions, so I had no hesitation in purchasing the piano. We agreed a delivery date and I paid a holding deposit as I wear unable to take delivery for a couple of weeks because of a forthcoming holiday. As the piano was to be situated in an upstairs bedroom, Allegro Music arranged for their specialist delivery team to install the piano. On the day of delivery I received a telephone call from the team confirming a delivery slot and they arrived on time and installed the piano in a very professional manner. The whole experience from initial contact with the store to the delivery and installation was extremely efficient.

I bought a keyboard cover for a 61-note keyboard. While the picture and description on the website was not terribly clear, I called the Allegro customer service line and the guy took the trouble to check this item, even though this was a small purchase. The cover is exactly what I was looking for - semi-transparent, lightweight, and fits well. Excellent service and speedy delivery.

Although there were issues with Yamaha supplies, the staff were able to give a different acceptable offer. The delivery team were careful with the piano when carrying through the house.

It was about time that I decided to update my Yamaha arranger keyboard, but my previous contact had retired. I just randomly telephoned Allegro, not purchased like this before, and was pleased the way the transaction went. While waiting for a SX900 to arrive they kindly, without asking, brought me a Genos 1 to have in the interim. Needless to say I ended up buying a p/x Genos, good sales technique you could say, but there was no pressure at all. That's how the whole process went, really lovely people to deal with, would not hesitate to recommend, or use in the future....and I'm fussy!!

Very helpful advice from Georgia in the shop. I bought a 2nd hand Yamaha keyboard, stand and stool, and delivery was arranged quickly. It's exactly what I wanted so very pleased, but good to know it has aGI 2- year guarantee just in case.

Allegro Music gave me a very good part-exchange price for my Tyros 5, Chris delivered my new Genos 2 on time and set it up for me. I must say I have found the Genos 2 sound is very good especially the organ voices. But actually creating new styles and managing “Playlist” far more complex than Tyros 5. Ben is very helpful so I’ll be picking his brains sometime soon. Overall, Genos 2 is a vast improvement over Tyros 5. Ian Boder.

I bought a yamaha keyboard from Allegro and love it. It is perfect for me. The advice that I was given in the shop about different keyboards was very good and helped me to decide which one to buy. I am very pleased that a stand, stool, pedal and headphones were included in the price too.

Allegro part-exchanged various musical equipment for a Genos 2. I can now play those Spaghetti Western themes - something I’ve always wanted to do.

Service was reasonable and the items came well packaged. Unfortunately 1 of the items was damaged , however when I contacted Allegro Music they were quickly on the ball and sorted the problem out. Also there was a mix up in the courier’s warehouse and it took 3 days to eventually get it sorted. However once again Allegra Music dealt with it quickly and everything is good now. Would highly recommend Allegro Music as despite a few hiccups the service and help was very good.
