“Having purchased a Yamaha Keyboard from Allegro Music 19 months ago, I found myself wanting to update with a newer version of the same keyboard. With the shops closed because of Covid-19 I spoke to Ben about the model I wanted and he assured me that the item was in perfect working order without any scratches etc. So again I took his word for it as the last time was given a good trading value and with a 2 year warranty and free delivery. There was a little hiccup with delivery but that was down to the delivery company and Chris at Colchester kept fully informed as to what was happening. My keyboard was as described by Ben in perfect condition and sounds awesome. I would have no hesitation in using Allegro Music in the future. Thanks guy's.”

“I ordered an Kawai MP11SE, the last one they had, but it was damaged somehow and they would not send it me. They care, and as a result i had a few months to wait for a new batch from the manufacturer but all the while i was given a lot of updates and information. As as soon as it was received, i was notified with a phone call and got it next day. So happy i went to them. All the best Allegro xx Thank you!”

“I would like to thank Chris and his team, regarding the excellent serevice and delivery of my Technics GA3. My son wanted one of these 30 years ago but could never afford it. Now he comes and visits more, he says it's to see his mum but we know the real reason.”

“I wanted to find a particular model of electronic piano to replace my Yamaha keyboard so that my wife could also play. It was Sunday, and I left an email message. Allegro Music rang me the next day, we discussed what they had in stock, and found the ideal item. A couple of days later, they delivered the item to me in Dorset, and took the keyboard and accessories. They were efficient, and dealing with them was an absolute pleasure. I am a disabled pensioner and could not have shopped in he conventional way, so I am grateful for their personal service.”

“On the website it says you get a free gig bag /hard case with up to £70 and a digital tuner worth £12.99 . I received a bag that didnt have any padding so could use it to gig and didnt receive a tuner . On the plus side , I orders the guitar late on Wednesday and received it on Friday , which was great . I was happy with the service even though I didnt receive the items that was advertised on the website .”

“Exemplary is best word for the way they helped and handled transaction and communication. Exceptional for the delivery guys as well, don't leave them out of it though they aren't a part of Allegro. Overall am quite pleased you might think, and you would be quite correct. No, I don't work for them or in any way affiliated. I just like to give the right praise where it is due!”
