“Only had 3 piano lessons with the wonderful Lee before life circumstances changed abruptly and forced me to quit, I'd love to be able to continue. As it is, I have been given the building blocks to go and learn myself and for that, I thank you.”

“I recently contacted Allegro Music to enquire as to whether they purchase musical instruments. I received a very prompt reply confirming that they do buy instruments and asking for details of the instrument I wished to sell. Unfortunately on this occasion, Allegro Music could not buy my instrument as they already had an identical instrument in stock. I was impressed with the speed with which my enquiry was answered and the courteous way it was dealt with. I will certainly consider Allegro Music in future when buying or selling”

“The gent I spoke to at Allegro Music in Colchester was very friendly and gave me a lot of help with regard to buying the keyboard I chose. Have dealt with Allegro in Colchester over many years while I worked in Colchester and the salesmen have always been friendly and helpful. I was told to contact Colchester if I had any problems with the new keyboard.”

“Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service from Jo when part-exchanging our keyboard for an upright piano. Thank you for making it such a special and memorable experience for our daughter's 16th birthday. She's absolutely delighted with her new piano and loves playing the music you suggested. “I purchased my Genos online from Allegro Music a couple of years ago and since then I have gone back to them whenever I require accessories to go with it. Their customer service I have found to be excellent always a cheery voice on the end of the phone and I am not kept hanging around awaiting delivery either. Would recommend Allegro to anyone looking to purchase any instrument and backup equipment.”

“Just purchased a Yamaha Genius and accessories with a part exchange from Allegro Music. It was a good deal. I had excellent service. I was told delivery would be 7 to 10 days but received it in 3 working days - fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company and would certainly use them again.”

“My new Yamaha CSP-170 was delivered and installed very professionally. The guys took all the packaging away and my old piano which I part exchanged. They did exactly what they said they would do with good communication all the way. And, by the way, the new piano is amazing - love it”

“I Ordered a used genos from Allegro Music Online and I was attended by Ben, Nothing was too much trouble in buying from Allegro Music as Ben organised re-boxing and delivery of my genos also like to thank whoever packed it for a brilliant job ,plus they kept me updated on everything . BRILLIANT service I would recommend them to anybody. Mark”

“Great shop spoke to a gentleman called Ben over the phone as I wanted to buy my wife a piano for her 50th birthday as a surprise present. Great advice on the one I wanted to buy bought over the phone. Keep at warehouse until it could Delivered to my father in laws house by Allegro staff who was very polite and assisted getting piano into the house. Wife didn’t have a clue. On the big day party went well with the climax of the surprise present. Wife was blown away. She wanted a piano for years now she’s started lesson and over the moon. Allegro staff made my wife’s 50th surprise gift a special gift. Couldn’t have done it without them. First rate store and first rate staff.”
