“My new Yamaha CSP-170 was delivered and installed very professionally. The guys took all the packaging away and my old piano which I part exchanged. They did exactly what they said they would do with good communication all the way. And, by the way, the new piano is amazing - love it”

“I Ordered a used genos from Allegro Music Online and I was attended by Ben, Nothing was too much trouble in buying from Allegro Music as Ben organised re-boxing and delivery of my genos also like to thank whoever packed it for a brilliant job ,plus they kept me updated on everything . BRILLIANT service I would recommend them to anybody. Mark”

“Great shop spoke to a gentleman called Ben over the phone as I wanted to buy my wife a piano for her 50th birthday as a surprise present. Great advice on the one I wanted to buy bought over the phone. Keep at warehouse until it could Delivered to my father in laws house by Allegro staff who was very polite and assisted getting piano into the house. Wife didn’t have a clue. On the big day party went well with the climax of the surprise present. Wife was blown away. She wanted a piano for years now she’s started lesson and over the moon. Allegro staff made my wife’s 50th surprise gift a special gift. Couldn’t have done it without them. First rate store and first rate staff.”

“I could not have been happier with my purchase today, and also the positive shopping experience I had in this store. A beautiful instrument and reasonably priced. as well as the absolute professionalism of the customer service given by Ben, who certainly knows his stuff. I felt at ease, welcomed and, actually, overjoyed knowing that our city has this magnificent music store (and I've been to quite a few in my time). “Excellent service from establishing the kind of guitar I wanted and needed, to exploring the options available to me within my budget. The price for both guitar and amp were reasonable, and the assistant was very knowledgeable. Very pleased with the space I was provided to play the guitar in-store with no pressure; a very pleasant experience!”

“Allegro were absolutely fantastic , they delivered the organ well within the time slot they gave me. Considering that they had had to drive approximately 300 miles each way they were both helpful and pleasant. The organ is an absolute beautiful piece of furniture as well as being something that I throughly enjoy playing. I would certainly do business with them again. I truly love the organ and the company were absolutely amazing. Pleasure doing business with them.”

“First time buyer with Allegro Music and a pleasant shopping experience. Viewed item on line as it was a chance search for this item.
