“I could not have been happier with my purchase today, and also the positive shopping experience I had in this store. A beautiful instrument and reasonably priced. as well as the absolute professionalism of the customer service given by Ben, who certainly knows his stuff. I felt at ease, welcomed and, actually, overjoyed knowing that our city has this magnificent music store (and I've been to quite a few in my time). So, thank you Ben, and Allegro Music, and please just keep doing what you're doing.”

“Excellent service from establishing the kind of guitar I wanted and needed, to exploring the options available to me within my budget. The price for both guitar and amp were reasonable, and the assistant was very knowledgeable. Very pleased with the space I was provided to play the guitar in-store with no pressure; a very pleasant experience!”

“Allegro were absolutely fantastic , they delivered the organ well within the time slot they gave me. Considering that they had had to drive approximately 300 miles each way they were both helpful and pleasant. The organ is an absolute beautiful piece of furniture as well as being something that I throughly enjoy playing. I would certainly do business with them again. I truly love the organ and the company were absolutely amazing. Pleasure doing business with them.”

“First time buyer with Allegro Music and a pleasant shopping experience. Viewed item on line as it was a chance search for this item. Found the website informative easy to use and the purchase was easy to. Item delivered quickly and no damage Allegro Music gave excellent communication along with courier service. “From the moment I went into the store the experience was friendly welcoming and professional. The instrument I was interested in ( Yamaha NU1) was well presented and a favourable deal was offered. The Piano was delivered within a few days and put in the correct place, dusted down and ready to play. Afterwards a slight discrepancy occurred and Chris delt with the issue in a friendly manner and offered an agreeable solution. It was an experience with the minimum of fuss and the maximum of care and attention. I would definitely go back to the shop.”

“My experience with Allegro Music was first class. I had great email contact with them as I was unable to get to their stores. My purchase of a Technics KN7000 Keyboard (based on their very accurate description, and the fact that they were willing to provide a refund if I was not entirely happy with my purchase), went exceptionally well. The keyboard was despatched without delay and came well packaged with all the necessary items included. The keyboard came with a guarantee and was exactly as described and performs incredibly well. I would easily recommend Allegro Music to anyone and will indeed turn to them for any future purchases as their customer service is superb.”
