“The survey was very thorough and I appreciated the clear summary at the end which itemised the major issues and gave estimates to resolve these. When I emailed to request clarification on a couple of points the surveyor's response was very prompt.”

“Allcotts were really easy to make contact with and organise the survey. There was a delay in getting the survey as the person developed covid on the original date and was then fully booked so had to wait a few weeks to reschedule but they kept in contact and arranged for very prompt delivery of the report. Very professional and friendly.”

“It was very straightforward to book the full structural survey on the house we are purchasing. The survey was carried out exactly when promised, and I received the report by email in good time afterwards, as promised. the report was lengthy but clear, well supported by photographs and easy for us to understand and make decisions.”

“We were buying a house and requested a level 3 survey. It was fantastic. Very detailed and informative with great pics. The survey was completed in good time with excellent communication to let us know what the latest was. On top of that, AA LLP was extremely flexible and understanding. We had to rearrange 3 times (and one with less than 24 hours' notice) and AA LLP was very understanding and just kept rearranging the survey with the vendors. Would 100% recommend them! Thank you.”
