“Very efficient. They produced a very comprehensive report that suited my needs perfectly. The report was produced within a few days of the survey giving me peace of mind regarding the purchase of the property. They also gave me some advice regarding a planned small extension that we are looking to build once we are there. Good value price compared to most others. Highly recommended.”

“We received the report within a week of the survey. The report was comprehensive and well laid out. Because the findings were less than positive, I asked to speak to the surveyor who called me back promptly and explained the issues in a way that I could understand and use to make a decision. This is the second time I have used Allcott. Recommended.”

“Having booked a building survey with Allcott Associates to survey a property I had made a offer on I found once they obtained access to inspect it I received the report after three days , I received an electronic copy of a comprehensive report and a day later a hard copy in the post. Although the house I found I felt sure enough to make an offer on comissioning the survey was the best thing I had done as the report highlighted areas for concern with pictures was invaluable as this saved me from wasting my life savings on the wrong purchase. The service provided by Alcott Associates was very prompt and efficient I would recommend them to any one. Many Thanks Mr C Williams”

“The boiler had a serious defect report but had actually been serviced within the correct period. I think it should have been checked with the owner before giving a serious defect report. Also there were some admittedly borderline cosmetic, but enough to need remedy, defects we noticed that were not even mentioned.”
