“From start to finish the experience was excellent. Friendly staff on the phone, really good communication throughout the process, and I got the report really soon after the survey was completed - the survey was done on a Friday afternoon and I had the report emailed to me on the following Wednesday, with the hard copy arriving in the post the next day. The report itself was really detailed and thorough; everything was explained and had plenty of photos to support the descriptions. It even had suggestions for improvements/repairs that might be needed with timescales and expected costs so was a really useful tool. Overall, very satisfied :-)”

“Allcott Associates provided us with a first class service. Their timing was excellent and the engineer was professional and courteous. “Generally quite a good report. When I spoke to the sellers about the checks carried out; I was surprised to hear that the review didn't cover the functionality incumbent of the heating system. It has overall provided us with the confidence that there are no major fsults with the prospective property.”

“I was very impressed by the service provided. The time from my initial contact to the completion of the Building Survey was very short - something that was important for me. There is a great deal of (very helpful) detail in the report, and it was always easy getting in touch with the office. Compared to other quotes I received, the price of the survey was extremely competitive. I feel that the survey was outstanding value for money and I would recommend Allcott Associates without hesitation.”

“Prompt response to my initial contact to enquire about a specific defect survey. Given a clear indication of cost and delivery date of the survey. Report delivered within 2 days of survey covering all aspects of the particular issues of concern in clear language and giving a likely indication of the cost of remedying those issues.”

“I would highly recommend this company. Judy the office manager was very quick to respond to my request for a survey and booked the appointment via the estate agent same day for the survey to take place the next day. The report was emailed for speed within a few days and a hard copy was also posted. The survey report itself was comprehensive, straightforward and easy to understand.”

“The engineer was unaware that I was a client, though once this was clarified at the end he did give some immediate feedback. The report was carried out to a high professional standard. A minor niggle was repeating for most rooms that the central heating wasn't operating that day - the Gas Safe engineer in at the same time for some reason switched the heating off and I could easily have switched it back on again! But overall fine. One paragraph at the end of the report - saying it could not be forwarded to a third party - caused me problems as it was written for a third party (the buyer) and his mortgage provider would not accept the report till AA wrote a cover letter.”

“All the staff at Allcott Associates were very friendly and professional from the start. The communication was excellent throughout. The survey was carried out without undue fuss and the surveyor was very knowledgeable and professional, identifying the problem very quickly. The report arrived quickly and contained good details and workable recommendations. Well recommended.”
