“Allcott Assoc were very helpful and professional. When I had a delay due to solicitors they were happy to re-schedule the survey to a later date and didn't charge me anything extra, despite it being a last minute change. The report is clear and I received it quickly after the date of the survey. I would definitely recommend them to others.”

“Unfortunately I didn’t get chance to use Allcotts becuase I had to pull out of purchase. However, they didn’t charge me for the cancellation and there service leading up to this was excellent. I will use them in the future.”

“The surveyor was here within a week. He conducted the survey which explained the problems. As the survey pointed out bad workmanship and incorrect use of materials it proved a successful leverage to persuade the builders to correct the problems. Excellent!!”

“They provided an excellent service with an detailed survey report and advice that helped as to negotiate with the seller for the repair costs. The booking and payment systems were very prompt and efficient and the company were very cooperative and helpful to us when we needed to change to the arrangements we had made. “Allcott Associates provided an excellent service throughout at a very competitive fee. Judy and Nicholas were incredibly efficient and professional. The survey report was very comprehensive and highlighted all of the areas requiring attention. In particular, Nicholas was readily available to discuss the report in great detail and his advice was invaluable. We would have no hesitation in recommending Allcott Associates.”
