“Comprehensive, user-friendly report. It enabled us to act immediately on points raised for discussion. It was useful to have a pdf as well as a hard copy, for digital key word search when needing quick access to information.”

“The report was well written, clear and very helpful. The addition of the photos is great and shows that extra level of detail to backup the points made in the report. The turnaround from completing the survey to seeing a copy was about 3 days which was fine. I would certainly recommend Allcott to anyone needing a homebuyers report! Some improvements - I booked my survey through the online form. I didn't get any kind of notification through in my email saying "Thanks for submitting your form, we will get back to you shortly". This would have been useful and would have stopped me worrying as to whether or not you had received my request. Automated emails are quite normal these days! - It would have been nice to get updates on the progress of your survey. Just something as simple as an email saying "survey complete today", "report in progress", "report in the post" would have been great. It might cut down on people emailing/calling you to ask how its going. Otherwise a great service, many thanks!”

“Very happy with the service. Communication could have been a little better, but aside from that everything was great. I was a little wary before as the price for a building survey was much cheaper than a lot of other quotes I got, but the survey was very detailed and clear, I had a couple of questions and was able to have a chat with the surveyor who was really helpful.”

“When booking the appointment the receptionist was friendly and very helpful and I was quoted a reasonable price. I was given a convenient time and the name of the surveyor, who would be carrying out the survey. The surveyor was very punctual and carried out a detailed survey. The survey report was professionally done and in great detail. I would definitely recommend this company.”
