“We had David Allcott come out to give us calculations for a steel. He was on time, polite, quick and happy to answer all the questions we had, in a way that we as non builders understood. The calculations came back quickly and we had a couple of queries we emailed over that were answered immediately. I also found the support staff very helpful and friendly when booking in the appointment. We haven’t carried out the works yet but I’m confident should we have any more questions we can go back to them and they will answer them. Would highly recommend!”

“Allcott Associates conducted a thorough inspection and produced a comprehensive, readable report with which I was very satisfied. They were also the most competitively priced surveyor in the area. After reading the report, I had a few concerns, and my surveyor, Paul Cunniff, explained each point clearly, ensuring I understood the severity of each issue and how to resolve it. Overall, I am very pleased and highly recommend them.”

“Allcott Associates were fantastic. I contacted them the day my offer had been accepted on a property and they put the wheels in motion for my homebuyers survey that very afternoon. Their schedule was already pretty full but a day or so later I had an email to say that they could schedule the survey for the following week. The report arrived within the promised time frame and was nicely detailed with plenty of accompanying photographs. I'm delighted with the service I received and have no hesitation in recommending them.”

He clarified a couple of points that we had noticed giving links to useful information to help us ask the right questions of the vendor.”
