“We were highly delighted with the building report that we commissioned. It was extremely thorough, professional and informative. We feel it gave us real evidenced information to have peace of mind with our purchase. We have had homebuyers reports from other companies in the past but feel this represented excellent value for money in comparison. There were some comments that we needed further clarification on and the response was immediate friendly and understanding. We would not hesitate to Allcott Associates again. Excellent service.”

“Did some online research and found Allcott Associates LLP to have good reviews. Following this i proceeded with a Full Structural Survey. The communication throughout was spot on and the report was really really good. Would definitely recommend and will be using again!!”

“Have used Allcotts twice, both occasions I have received a thorough detailed report. They helped me spot a servere roof problem, which were not picked up by my lenders surveyors, or myself viewing the property. ultimately helping me to make a decision not to purchase the house. I then used them for another potential purchase, again detailed report and helps me fully understand what needs to be worked on immediately Both reports worth every penny!”

“An extremely professional company from office staff to the surveyor who did my survey all I can say is fantastic service and an extremely thorough building survey which highlighted an endless list of problems with my potential purchase. “We were pleased with the price, the service and the building survey we received was very detailed, provided all the information we needed. It was sent electronically and as a hard copy,very useful. In total with images the report was 100 pages. We did a lot of research before deciding on a company and were very pleased with our choice.”
