“Allcott Associates LLP are a class act - prompt service, in depth and experienced, personable inspector (Stuart) and did not cost the earth for a dual service house valuation/structural survey. “Written reports with photographs provide a useful tick sheet for work that needs doing and the cost estimates for repairs on my proposed buy were very handy. Most important, the ability to talk the survey through with the surveyor was most valuable. It confirmed what I thought would need doing and made me confident to proceed with the purchase.”
