“From my initial call to make an enquiry, to recieving both a pdf file and hard copies of the report, everything went very smoothly throughout. I was given lots of support by the office staff and received a call before the inspection to make sure that everything was ready. The Surveyor who completed the inspection could not have been nicer or more helpful. He answered questions, spoke to everyone who wanted to see him and did a thorough job of inspecting the property. Luckily it didnt rain so we have lots of very clear photos of both the interior and exterior of the property. There is a clearly detailed description of each part of the property so we know exactly where we need to concentrate on making improvements to maintain the property in a good state of repair. Getting a report from Allcott Associates was the best decision we could have made to help us manage our Housing Co-operative.”

“I just wanted to thank Allcott Associates for their services, quick turnaround and attentive response to my initial inquiry. I wrote to quite a few companies with the same level of detail as I wrote Allcott Associates, and a few of those completely omitted information I'd already provided or ignored all but my name in their response, sending defacto responses with heaps of questions I'd already covered. The expectation I have from any company I offer business to is as to be dealt with professionally, courteously and time efficiently. This is seemingly becoming a lost art amongst other companies, but with Allcott Associates all of my expectations were not only met but exceeded. Excellent work all round.”
