“Very competitive price wise and good response times to e-mail, phone call messages. Would recommend to a friend/family member. Report is thorough (structural report undertaken) and easy to understand with an easy to follow rating system used.”

“There was a brief mis-communication right at the start, but once my e-mail had been corrected it all went extremely smoothly. The report was very thorough, photos of the areas of concern really helped me visualise the defects mentioned. The report was ready very quickly, and I was able to proceed quickly with my house purchase”

“Superb service that was professional, friendly and wonderfully caring. As a previous customer I was given a preferential rate and then, when my purchase fell through the day after the survey took place, the team gave me a part-refund in recognition of the fact the job had been terminated before completion. “Theres and old business acronym I was once encouraged to use as a basis for running my business-OTIF. On time and in full. Alcott lived up to this by doing what they said they were going to do, when they were going to do it. I am very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. To top it all off they were very competitive on their price too.”

“Absolutely superb, cannot fault at all. I was told not to bother with a survey and I am so glad I did, paid for itself by getting things fixed that I would have been unaware of! So through and very knowledgeable surveyor who explained things in simple terms. Solid advise, he even answered emails after the report even when he was out of office! Extremely professional, I will be recommending to family and friends.”

“We needed to survey a house which were planning to buy. Allcott associates were recommended by our friends who were very pleased with their services. Allcott associates were very professional, quick to respond. The survey was conducted to a very standard and the report was very clear and in detail. The builder whom we had used earlier to give us an opinion was quite surprised to see the report that Mr Kelly (chartered surveyor) had picked up some very important structural issues which the builder had missed. All in all, we are very pleased with the overall service provided by Allcott associates. We strongly recommend them to anyone who is planning to buy a house / property but not sure if it the property is in good order. For peace of mind and reassurance, please use services of Allcott associates, they are simply the best in what they do.”
