“I was very pleased with the ease of booking a buildings survey. Very professional. There was a delay in receiving the report due to staff absence. Was initially very happy with the report until I moved in and found that the double-glazing gas had gone in 3 windows. I could be convinced that one window may have 'blown' prior to completion (although a quick purchase), but 3 unlikely. In my opinion, photos show blinds to be partially down obscuring 2 of the windows in question (which was challenged). Received apology for one window otherwise disappointed with response.”

“This company were excellent to deal with. Always kept us up to date with when the inspection would take place, when we would receive the survey report. We paid for a thorough survey and the report was comprehensive and the survey report was easier to understand as each section was accompanied by photographs. We were given the option to receive a hard copy of the report as well as it being emailed, so nice the company is thinking of the environment. Would recommend Allcott Associated LLP without hesitation.”

“Very good and thorough report. Prevented us from buying a money pit. Will definitely use them again when I eventually purchase. The only downside was they used a surveyor that was on holiday after completing the report so was no available to answer any questions for well over a week. I recommend that when they select a surveyor in the future that they check their availability after the report is released.”

“Reassuringly thorough and comprehensive building survey and structural engineering survey. The surveyors were very professional and personable and the office team were friendly and efficient in setting up the site visits. It is a great help to have a clear picture of the condition of the property and what exactly needs doing and to have it laid out so precisely.”
