“Allcott Associates were the only company to provide a quote in their response to the query I sent out. They were friendly and professional throughout. The survey report was very thorough and they have saved me time and money. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Have used Allcotts twice, both occasions I have received a thorough detailed report. They helped me spot a servere roof problem, which were not picked up by my lenders surveyors, or myself viewing the property. ultimately helping me to make a decision not to purchase the house. I then used them for another potential purchase, again detailed report and helps me fully understand what needs to be worked on immediately Both reports worth every penny!”

“An extremely professional company from office staff to the surveyor who did my survey all I can say is fantastic service and an extremely thorough building survey which highlighted an endless list of problems with my potential purchase. Well worth every penny saved me thousands. I can highly recommend all the staff and would definitely use again.”

“We were pleased with the price, the service and the building survey we received was very detailed, provided all the information we needed. It was sent electronically and as a hard copy,very useful. In total with images the report was 100 pages. We did a lot of research before deciding on a company and were very pleased with our choice.”
