“I have had a great experience, my surveyor has gone above and beyond. His name is David Clare, and he clarified in my mind my path forward. He put to me all the pros and cons , and left the decision up to me. I have found my whole experience with Allcott Associates an easy one from start to finish, and I cannot recommend them highly enough, from David to the office staff that contacted me, a hassle free process. Thank you all.”

“I got more than what I paid for. I'm so happy I chose them. Office staff replied to my emails in 1-2 hours. Sometimes it was even like instant messaging. Surveyors replied in the same day or the next day as they don't have access to emails all the time. Their valuation was also reasonable as they considered the report, past parable data, housing market and they know the area extremely well. I've already gone to them for the 2nd Level-3 survey I needed.”
