“I bought the filter as recommended by Alexis who were initially very helpful and it arrived promptly however it didn’t fit , wrong hole size and wrong thread pitch….which I accepted as my loss however after sending detailed measurements and thread pitch and waiting several weeks, sending reminder email etc the company has not responded with an alternative filter that would fit, leaving my tractor unusable for many weeks. Sorry but not impressed.”
