“Great service from start to finish, the staff were friendly and very knowledgable.They explained everything before doing the test, then explained the results from their tests or the IPad. When ready to choose the correct trainers they gave a variety of different types and checked the fit, feel. At no point did I feel any pressure to buy. I’ve already recommend them to friends and family.”

“These shoes offer a great heel comfort and support, especially under my arches where I experience more discomfort. I've worn them on the roads for a few runs now and their really living up to their expectation and I am really pleased that I picked these shoes. I would highly recommend the Hoka Arahi shoes for the support and overall comfort of the running shoe. ( feel like I'm running on pillows) and definitely getting your gait analysis and 3-D scan assessed through the Portsmouth store.”

I bought new shoes after a full assessment of my feet and gait, and they're exactly what I was looking for. Very comfortable and supportive enough for a block of long-ish distance road training.”

“Booked an appointment online which was easy to do Saw Sam on the day I explained the problems I was having with osteoarthritis in my big toe . After the assessment Sam knew exactly What type of running shoe I required. tried some on and an hour later walked out with a really comfortable pair of shoes which met my needs .
