“Excellent service. The technical equipment used for the assessment allowed me to review my high-pressure points and provided a greater insight into my gait. “Am an overpronator so need maximum support in my trainers. Was introduced to Brooks shoes by a specialist running shop after assessment on a treadmill and, being happy with their trainers, was looking for a Brooks Addiction Walker which is more of an off road shoe. Looking on the internet Alexandra Sports was the only company that came up stocking my size and width (even the manufacturer was out of stock). Easy to use website, no mark up on price despite limited availability elsewhere, prompt delivery, very happy with product and service from this company. Will be first port of call when looking for replacement.”

“Overdue visit - I should have done this about a year ago. Went online and booked an appointment. They have all the right tools for the job which checks every facet of your feet (and results can be emailed to you if reqd). From that I was offered a choice of trainers which I was able to try on in store, compare and pick the best for the job. Amazing service and stock. No pressure selling. Thank you Alexandra Sports.”

“I had made 2 appointments as I had my brother visiting from France and we are both due to take part in our first marathon in early October. As my brother does not speak English, the lady that completed the gait analysis and biomechanical assessments was extremely understanding, patient and helpful to make sure my brother was able to complete the assessments and get the right pair of trainers. I myself have been a customer for many years and have always found the level of service and advice extremely good and would highly recommend all types of runners to visit the shop.”
