“Fantastic! The help that was given throughout my appointment at Alexandra Sport was so good. They were very attentive and extremely knowledgable. The foot scanning and biomechanics they use are second to none and it was super helpful trying out a set of shoes before buying them! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!”

“I was greeted on arrival and invited to discuss my plans, aspirations and running history. I then spent some time having my feet measured both statically and on a treadmill. We then discussed my issues (overpronation) and possible remedies. I was given a range of shoes to try out, which I did while running a short distance outside. I then decided which shoe I preferred and purchased a pair, together with custom insoles. At all times I was treated with respect and the staff member was very knowledgeable and involved me in the decision-making process.”

“Excellent service and advice. Whilst it would have been easy for the advisor to have me skip the assessment and carry one with the same shoes based upon my current running regime they took time to assess what was going on and them answer all of my questions before helping me make a decision. I now feel more aware of what my feet are doing and how it affects my running. Many thanks and see you in 600 miles time for a new pair of shoes.”

“What a fantastic sports shop, I had my feel measured properly for some road running shoes and the shop assistant was extremely knowledgeable and explained what she was doing every step of the way, 3d imaging and pressure mapping. Then with the info she brings 3 pairs which suit my feet, trying them on I felt like a little kid as she tied up my laces. 😂😂😂 A little run outside to test each pair out. And I decided on a pair of Brooks. At know time was price mentioned, so that didn’t sway my decision at all, it was all down to fit and comfort. Many thanks to the staff at Alexandra sports. First time customer and I will defo be coming back again.”

“Absolutely brilliant fitting for new running shoes. Very knowledgeable staff, was given ample time to test multiple pairs of shoes after a full gait analysis, leaving me confident that I had the right pair of shoes for me! I won't buy running shoes from anywhere else.”
