“I went in to Alexandra Sports very last minute on a Friday lunchtime and they very kindly squeezed me in there and then, even though the shop was already busy. Within the first few minutes, you know you're in great hands. I went in and mentioned an ongoing ailment I had with my hip which I'd assumed was because of my desk job (and not sitting properly!) However they noted it was probably my footwear and got to work doing all their scans, physiology assesments and walking tests. They talked me through and explained everything every step of the way which was brilliant. The popped me in a couple pairs of trainers to try, which I immediately felt the difference in. I really loved they did a thorough examination of the recommended shoes, making sure what they're giving you is absolutely perfect. I left very happy in the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever owned, so much so i went back a week later and bought the same pair in a different colour! I cannot recommend enough.”
