“I've been a customer at Alexandra sports for over 38 years and booked an appointment as I've recently joined a gym and required new trainers.At my appointment I was served by a guy who seemed pretty uninterested and did not help put me at ease. He didn't offer much advice and seemed like he couldn't have cared less. I did make a purchase which I am satisfied with but it was a ver different experience to ones I've had in the past”

“Great service from a business where the staff are patient, listen carefully to the problem and really know what they are talking about. After two years of stumbling and increasing ankle pain, its great to be walking stably and comfortably again. Can hardly believe the difference.
