“Good service. Great that there is parking right out side the shop. Simon very helpful with foot/running assessment. Gave useful advice which helped in choosing appropriate running shoes Would have been helpful to have a written feedback of the biometric gait analysis as I can’t remember all that he said.”

“I've been a customer at Alexandra sports for over 38 years and booked an appointment as I've recently joined a gym and required new trainers.At my appointment I was served by a guy who seemed pretty uninterested and did not help put me at ease. He didn't offer much advice and seemed like he couldn't have cared less. I did make a purchase which I am satisfied with but it was a ver different experience to ones I've had in the past”
