“Walked in and was seen straight away. The gentleman serving me was fantastic, very knowledgeable. He took me through the foot scan and 2 other tests explained everything to me throughly, then selected 3 trainers that fit the bill. I'm a postie so I needed something waterproof and for all terrains. I'm extremely happy with my trainers I now have and would definitely use the Christchurch shop again!”

“Great service. Bought trail shoes - Brooks Cascadia. Went for a 5k straight out of the box and couldn't be happier. Looking forward to putting some miles in with these! Thank you for your time and expertise. Loved being able to try before I committed to buying safe in the knowledge that it's the right shoes for my gait. Brilliant would recommend.”

“Great service from start to finish, the staff were friendly and very knowledgable.They explained everything before doing the test, then explained the results from their tests or the IPad. When ready to choose the correct trainers they gave a variety of different types and checked the fit, feel. At no point did I feel any pressure to buy. I’ve already recommend them to friends and family.”

“These shoes offer a great heel comfort and support, especially under my arches where I experience more discomfort. I've worn them on the roads for a few runs now and their really living up to their expectation and I am really pleased that I picked these shoes. I would highly recommend the Hoka Arahi shoes for the support and overall comfort of the running shoe. ( feel like I'm running on pillows) and definitely getting your gait analysis and 3-D scan assessed through the Portsmouth store.”

I bought new shoes after a full assessment of my feet and gait, and they're exactly what I was looking for. Very comfortable and supportive enough for a block of long-ish distance road training.”

“I am constantly battling osteoarthritic hips and was in need of supporting insoles for my golf shoes. Excellent service provided by David. He was knowledgeable and very conscientious. “Booked an appointment online which was easy to do Saw Sam on the day I explained the problems I was having with osteoarthritis in my big toe . After the assessment Sam knew exactly What type of running shoe I required. tried some on and an hour later walked out with a really comfortable pair of shoes which met my needs . Great experience and not rushed at all I would highly recommend Alexandra Sports..”
