“The staff at Alexandra Sports are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I am not local to Portsmouth but the team were happy to suggest suitable trainers for my needs via email based on a previous purchase. They were efficient when I needed to change the size via the post and checked I was happy with my final purchase. My new trainers are so comfortable I have purchased a second pair already! “Came in for a gait analysis and the girl that serves me (can’t remember her name) was really helpful and knowledgeable. Turns out I’ve been wearing the wrong style of trainers for years. She got me to try on 4 different types and I finally found the ones that were right for me. Will defo be back here when it’s time for a new pair. Would highly recommend this place.”
