“Amazing service. I brought along my old trainers. I have gone through the toe. But the shoe still had a few months tread. I was shown patches that would allow me to still use my old trainers. But I decided to go ahead and purchase a new pair so I am prepared when the old pair was done with. The process, advice and service was amazing. Very happy.”

“I booked in for the shoe fitting service. It was very thorough and started on time. I was given plenty of time and attention. I was given good options for shoes after the analysis and successfully purchased a new pair of running shoes. The price of the shoes was very reasonable as I checked online for comparison after buying them. Very happy.”

Was introduced to Brooks shoes by a specialist running shop after assessment on a treadmill and, being happy with their trainers, was looking for a Brooks Addiction Walker which is more of an off road shoe. Looking on the internet Alexandra Sports was the only company that came up stocking my size and width (even the manufacturer was out of stock). Easy to use website, no mark up on price despite limited availability elsewhere, prompt delivery, very happy with product and service from this company. Will be first port of call when looking for replacement.”
