“Product was exactly as expected but at a better price. Customer service is great. The size I ordered did not fit so they happily exchanged it for another size and even sent it to a different address from the original for me due to me working away from home. Thank you!”

“Required trainers shown in stock on web site, so ordered. Telephone call the next day apologising and advising they are not actually in stock but can be ordered from manufacture and will be here in a few days. Chased by telephone after a few days to be told they had arrived and would be posted and I could expect delivery in two days, item did not arrive contacted again by telephone asking for tracking number, as none given on e mail dispatch advice, told they would track and get back to me, ansaphone message left to advise item lost (in post)! further telephone call resulted in a full refund request which was dealt with expeditiously, THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS TRANSACTION if the staff had not been so pleasant it would have been more than a very poor experience rating. Sorry Alexander Sports not a good enough.”

“Great socks, great service. Actually the most helpful in-store staff introduced me to these socks a while back when I visited. I suffer from podopompholyx, which is an auto-immune/allergic response to sweat, causing tapioca-style blisters on the undersides of the feet--the itching is so intense one could attack them with a wire brush! Amazingly, as the staff said, the wool and silk in these socks allow my feet to breathe, and the condition has been much more manageable--I literally wear these socks the whole time.”
