“Came to the store after being recommended by friends. Struggling with Plantar Fascitus, honestly the gait review felt more like a friendly chat with a physio which was fantastic. Came away with new shoes, new knowledge and a bunch of new things to work on. Really really happy with the service and the shoes. Thank you!”

“I arrived early for my gait assessment appt but Amy looked after both myself and my friend, listening to us and explaining things very clearly. We left 2 hours later with shoes that we can walk in and with a better understanding of the problems with our feet. We will be back”

“I asked for a gait assessment after having my hips replaced. We had a discussion and visual assessment of my exercise requirements and the alignment of my legs, feet and hips. Then after the electronic data was taken my gait was discussed. In fact the trainers and insoles i was wearing were recomended by Alexandra previously and were suitable. There was no attempt to urge me to buy anything. I was shown trainers that would suit my gait but not pressured to buy them. The whole experience was professional, enlightening and reassuring.”

“The whole experience from booking online and the customer service in store was amazing. I was a bit hesitant at first as I thought most of the customers looked like seasoned runners and I don’t eve like runner but I do enjoy the gym. The young man that served me (wish I got his name) was just brilliant and made me feel at ease. I have quite flat feet which I get embarrassed about but he certainly put me at ease. I wish I had done this process years ago and saved myself endless purchases of trainers which were never quite right. I bought trainers and insoles and including the analysis it all came in at £160 what a bargain. I have already been promoting the shop to friends and family.”
