“Good shoes at a standard price. Absent from this experience was any sense of customer care. Past purchases (which is why I come here) came with care that it was the right shoe, the fit was good and was offered the chance of a short run tho that effect. Hoping this experience was a one-off.”

“The shoes I purchased seem good but I would have liked the sales assistant to be able to explain more about the different types, soles, materials etc. I didn't feel confident that they were exactly the correct shoe for my needs. Apparently I should have asked for dawn!”

“I was very impressed with the young lady that served me. I was early for my appointment but that was not a problem as the shop was not busy. I did not feel pressured to buy the trainers that were offered so the young lady is ordering me some more from a different make as I need a wide fit. I look forward to returning to Alexandra Sports and now I know there is parking available which makes life easier”

“Amazing service. I brought along my old trainers. I have gone through the toe. But the shoe still had a few months tread. I was shown patches that would allow me to still use my old trainers. But I decided to go ahead and purchase a new pair so I am prepared when the old pair was done with. The process, advice and service was amazing. Very happy.”

“I booked in for the shoe fitting service. It was very thorough and started on time. I was given plenty of time and attention. I was given good options for shoes after the analysis and successfully purchased a new pair of running shoes. The price of the shoes was very reasonable as I checked online for comparison after buying them. Very happy.”
