“Luke was attentive to my running shoe needs; he listened carefully to my past history (lots of falls while running in the past, and a stroke). I am really impressed with how thorough his review of my gait and running style was and I look forward to receiving the insoles he ordered from the US so I can try running in my new shoes. He took all the time needed and I didn't feel rushed. Thank you for your excellent service.”

“Fantastic service from start to finish. Woke up and booked an appointment for 10.30am. The lady assessing was brilliant: knowledgable, patient and good humoured. After trying 3 pairs of running shoes, all of which would have ‘done’, left with a pair of shoes that felt like slippers! That afternoon went to the gym and ran for 30 minutes pain free for the first time in a long time post surgery.”
