“It has been about 3 weeks since i placed this order. I have not received the footwear. trackiing says it could not be delivered for "Unknown reasons" Customer service first sent me to e website (4PX) that was in Chinese. Then i was sent to put information into ACI logistix. Not sure why i have to keep doing the work to find my package.
apparently Aleader orr the shipper don't know why my footwear wasn't delivered or where it is.
