I have always found Akita to be very professional in their approach and very responsive, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody.

Over the years that I have personally dealt with Akita, the level of service I have received has overall been very good. The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and nice to deal with, understanding your requests and IT problems. I have on the odd occasion when faced with an IT problem, experienced a slow response time from point of contact. However, this is only a minor criticism as the support is very good and there is always a response, one which is friendly, professional and informative; something which I find is very rare these days! We have been with Akita for 9 months now, and can honestly say it's been quite a relief to deal with such a professional and efficient company. All the engineers are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. Exactly what we wanted. I would recommend Akita 100%.

We have been a customer for a few years and found their staff to be very knowledgeable. When they are having busy periods the response times can be a little slower than we would like in an ideal world but they rarely fail to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently something that was never guaranteed with our old IT support company.

Akita have got better - always quick to respond to urgent matters, the cloud has settled - still a little slow Staff complaints have reduced which is a good sign Quite expensive but getting a good service level

For as long as I care to remember we have used Akita Systems for all of our networking and IT needs and they have never let us down. I cannot speak highly enough of the service they have given us over the years and would urge anyone who is unhappy with their current IT set-up to at least consider contacting them to see what they can do for you. The quality of Akita work is outstanding. However, since we have been a customer it is noticeable that it is taking much longer for a engineer to become available to fix your technical problem. We have been very busy and if with have to wait a over several hours before someone can connect to our computer to correct the problem it has an severe impact on our business. So if the response time can be faster it would be great.
