The Cloud is amazing and has increased our productivity levels immensely. With our firm being Regulated by the FCA the business continuity and our Disaster Recovery Plan, the Cloud is a perfect fit. Akita made the transition of servers faultless and stress free. They have also saved us thousands in costs with the creation of the Client Portal to enable our Clients to log in to our site to gain information electronic as opposed to paper form. “Currently we are very happy with he service we receive, at the start of the year the service was poor but current service has surpassed that and would say now that the service receive is very good. although we think that the response times could be improved.”

“I have 120+ colleagues with the widest possible range of IT abilities and Akita meet their support needs very well regardless. They provide us with 24/7 support which is critical for our operations. They provide me with excellent advice to keep the network and services we operate on it - which includes a VOIP phone system, standard MS applications and some line of business applications too - up and running, reliably and constantly. I've no complaints at all - and for me that's uncommon.”
