“In three words - First Class Company. They have helped our business growth with their tailored approach. With their expertise we have seamlessly moved office location and moved to a Cloud. The Cloud is amazing and has increased our productivity levels immensely. With our firm being Regulated by the FCA the business continuity and our Disaster Recovery Plan, the Cloud is a perfect fit. Akita made the transition of servers faultless and stress free. They have also saved us thousands in costs with the creation of the Client Portal to enable our Clients to log in to our site to gain information electronic as opposed to paper form. That with their ever friendly approach and know how – I couldn’t recommend Akita more highly.”

“I have 120+ colleagues with the widest possible range of IT abilities and Akita meet their support needs very well regardless. They provide us with 24/7 support which is critical for our operations. They provide me with excellent advice to keep the network and services we operate on it - which includes a VOIP phone system, standard MS applications and some line of business applications too - up and running, reliably and constantly. I've no complaints at all - and for me that's uncommon.”

“Over the years that I have personally dealt with Akita, the level of service I have received has overall been very good. The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and nice to deal with, understanding your requests and IT problems. I have on the odd occasion when faced with an IT problem, experienced a slow response time from point of contact. However, this is only a minor criticism as the support is very good and there is always a response, one which is friendly, professional and informative; something which I find is very rare these days!
