An excellent service by all concerned from Lee helping with design and concept, Steve and Sam installing and Airway's electricians working hard to comple everything on time. “I now have 3 units installed, all Daikin. Though larger inside units than some Japanese makes they don’t hit you in the eye and the external inverters and trunking are sleeker than other makes. A puzzle I’d encountered was explained by Josh in words of one syllable required by 77 year olds. All staff act and work professionally. The bill was less than expected (VAT). I no longer fear heatwaves and look forward to less heating bills in winter by using the heating mode as I understand the inverters use less kw to emit more kw inside.”

“I just had 5 units installed at my house by airway group. The complete service was brilliant from start to finish. Julian for the initial design, planning followed by installation exactly as per schedule by the best team in the world. The team was led by Jacob with Mark working alongside throughout the entire installation with great support from Paul (electrics) and also Toby on day 1 installation. The work on the roof was exceptional by Jacob with help from Mark. The team was very polite, kept well to the timings, kept me informed at all times and went the extra mile to make sure the place was kept tidy and even touched up any decorating required. Great installation and Highly Highly recommended in what was a complex job.”
