“My husband Terry & I cannot thank you guys enough.Living in Australia it was difficult to organise a Portable Air Conditioner for my sister living in UK, after explaining to Mark Wigg about my sisters disability,Mark arranged delivery immediately,it arrived within 5 hours. Mark went above and beyond with one of his college Craig to set up a surprise for my sister,this turned out to be hilarious .As I was on the phone to my sister she saw the delivery van pull up and said ooh someone getting a parcel but its never me,we carried on talking for a bit and she looked out and saw Craig in back of his van at this point Mark was calling my phone in Australia to tell me Craig was at her address. After getting of phone to Mark Craig was knocking on sisters front door with the Air Conditioner all masked up.My sister went into shock and I said to her is that Craig at the door she asked his name looked back at me and said how do you know this guy at that point the penny dropped Craig set it all up for my sister and showed her how to work it. You Guys are wonderful, thoughtful,considerate and empathetic I explained to my sister how the Guys at this company had gone above and beyond to help her and she was so great full. If I could reach that far I would give both you guys the biggest hug for doing this for me living so far away, So friendly and Happy. I couldn't recommend this company enough for what they did for me Thank you again Love and Best Wishes to you all. Terry & Wendie. “Excellent service from Airway as always. Have been customers of theirs for the past 9/10 years and would not go anywhere else. Nothing is ever too much trouble and their workmanship and back up service is first class.”

“Arranging servicing for our air con units was easy. The engineers arrive on time and get on with the job with no fuss. We are a GP surgery so arranging access to some units can be challenging, but the engineers are always happy to accommodate. The engineers who visited us this week were excellent. I'm just sorry I can't remember their names.”

“Matthew arrived at my house at the expected time and set straight to work on my machine. I was able to leave him alone in the bedroom, where the Unit is located. while I busied myself downstairs. Forty to fifty minutes later he reappeared downstairs stating that the Service was completed. We then went upstairs and he described all that he had done; removing panels, cleaning filters, checking for correct operation etc, etc. He then told me he had gone outside to check on the outside unit and give it a clean. He was thorough in his work and conducted himself at all times in a friendly and cheerful manner. I can, and do, give him the highest commendation for work well done and thoroughly recommend him. “We have been using Airway for air con since installation in 2019 and find the ongoing maintenance has been excellent and this year's engineer (Darren) is no exception. The aircon itself has been very reliable and beneficial to keep our 'cool' but this year particularly when we had a boiler breakdown in the cold snap in November we were able to use it to heat the house very effectively.”

“Darren arrived as planned and got straight to working on our server room. He adapted well to the room not being open and used the time to check our outside monitors until it was possible. He was polite and courteous and I would recommend this company to colleagues for work required in the future.”

“We first used Airway Group about 10 years ago and they service our Aircons annually. We have recently had a further Aircon fitted in a new extension and considered a more local company. However, we stayed with Airway Group which is over 1 hours drive from us. Because of other work in the house we asked if they would come first thing for the "second fix". It was agreed that they would be here at 8am. At 07.25 that morning we noticed they were sitting outside on the road waiting so we let the in. Considering diversions due to local flooding we were very impressed. Further impressed by the clean, tidy and considerate Engineers who came that day. First class service !”

“We have been with Airway, and their previous business, for thirty years. Matthew, a newer employee came to service it today and did a wonderful job. He appeared very knowledgeable, did a very efficient job and was extremely pleasant. We can't praise him enough.”

“We have been very happy with how Airway Group have dealt with us as customers and would thoroughly recommend them. Steve and his colleague arrived on time; they were polite, removed their shoes (though we didn't ask them to) and worked really hard to complete the job. Apart from the noise of the tools, we wouldn't have known they were there. The job was finished within the day, any mess or packaging was tidied away, leaving our bedroom 'spick and span', and they took their time to explain to us how the system worked.”

“I would just like to say what a lovely friendly gentleman Matthew Marsh is. He has been in the building over the last 2 days and he has been so polite and patient with working around the nature of our business, which I found showed a very respectful person and a pleasure having him on our premises. The work was completed swiftly, with no mess left around the building. Hope to see him again.”

“Good service from start to finish, from consulatation to completed install communication was good, professional and timely. Install was a little challenging and rather than just make best job of it the tea onsite looked to get optimal solution - which they acheived. Well done to Brendan and Brian (Fitters) who endeavoured to deliver the best solution they could and were great advocates for the brand.”

“Except for a minor blip, Airways is an extraordinary company focused on customer satisfaction and quality of service. I’ve had a second air-conditioner installed in a building with many challenges and the team who came to install it were superb: efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and charming. I couldn’t have asked for more and I’m really happy to have employed this company again. (They also service the air-conditioning which extends elements of the guarantee.)”

“Airway's team installed two units (one floor-mounted and one wall-mounted) in my home, together with the necessary extra electrical junction box. They did a very tidy job both inside and outside, involved me in all the decisions about where to run pipes/cables/etc, describing the potential problems clearly. Airway were recommended to me by two people I know who had similar (domestic) installs, and I would similarly be very happy to recommend them to others.”
