Taxi at exit from BWI, approximately 8:50 pm. Cab #333. Date 3/31/2025. BWI to Crownsville.Driver did not accept credit card. Had no change . Demanded 20% tip. Had no change . So paid $80 for $55 charge on meter. Driver gruff. Did not have reservation. Will use Uber in future.

Initially, delighted with the service, from booking, to pickup, and including clear communication from driver, and a very nice vehicle. However, the process of arranging (and, very significantly, amending the return trip was a dreadful experience). As mentioned, the great service on arrival led to confidently booking the return, for a 14.30 return pickup. However, later realising that 14.00 hrs was more sensible, the instructions on amending the time were followed. However, this was when serious problems arose. It transpired that, apparently, not only had the amendment been made but that, astonishingly, a second booking had been made! At this point, let's assume that this was my mistake, even although I am not entirely convinced that it was. Nevertheless, the obvious solution was to contact customer service. Sadly, this was a desperately disappointing, stressful, and ultimately futile, very expensive experience. The various people I contacted were not directly related to the company, and confirmed that fact, and finally admitting that it "had nothing to do with them", and that they were "a separate, totally different company" - despite my having made contact directly from the company's website! Emails were eventually (!) answered much, much later, and displayed a sad lack of concern, and total disregard for their customer's situation. Their insistence was that the following double bookings had been made by the same person, for the same date, for times within 30 minutes of each other, for the same journey of 45-60 minutes: ON EXACTLY SAME DATE: Booking A: pickup at Location X at 14.00 - drop off at Location Y (45/60 min trip) Booking B: pickup at Location X at 14.30 - drop off at Location Y (45/60 min trip) THE FACT THAT AN AMENDMENT TO ORIGINAL BOOKING (to 14.00 from 14.30) WAS MADE WAS ACKNOWLEDGED BUT THEN ALSO APPARENTLY DISREGARDED REGARDING THESE 'DOUBLE' BOOKINGS, DESPITE THE IMPOSSIBILITY OF ME BEING IN TWO PLACES AT THE SAME TIME! Until the driver arrived for my 14.00 pickup, I was seriously concerned, and uncertain if they would. To my great relief, it did arrive, and we were transferred to the airport. However, the lack of effective communication (including, such as, a WhatsApp 'contact' "no longer in operation", and useless links to who knows where in the world') entailed a very uncertain, anxious wait. The company meanwhile, did manage to make it crystal clear that they were keeping BOTH Booking Fees (yes, in line with their T&Cs). To summarise: Drivers: - excellent Vehicles: - very good Customer Service Communications - dreadful Level of care for customers - virtually, non-existent Willingness to use common sense - non-existent Determination to extract money from customer - 100% In conclusion, by all means confidently book transfers with this company. However, DO NOT TRY TO MAKE LATER AMENDMENTS, AND DO NOT EXPECT TO RECEIVE SUPPORT OR RECEIVE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION OR SUPPORT.

Both drivers were very nice, professional and helpful. However, it is very apparent to me that all this company does is book you through a rideshare app and collect the profit. Rides are NOT booked ahead of time. This isn’t a personalized chauffeur transfer service. You can Uber or bolt and get the same result for less money.

Je n'ai pas su trouver le chauffeur à mon arrivée à Sydney. On me dit qu'il a essayé de me contacter par téléphone sur mon numéro local ( Nouvelle Calédonie) qui ne fonctionne pas en Australie. Dés mon arrivée à l'aéroport j'ai acheté une puce téléphonique VODAFONE pour appeler le n° d'urgence mais pas de réponse. J'ai demandé au stand d'information de l'aéroport d'appeler ce même n° mais pas de réponse également. Au bout de 2 heures j'ai fini par prendre un taxi pour mon hôtel au nord de Sydney. Cela m'est revenu très cher. J'ai donc décidé d'annuler le trajet retour 10 jours plus tard. Taxi transferts a consenti à me rembourser ce trajet retour.

The ride to the resort was great although we order beer and water when we booked and they didn't even have any and then for the pickup they were over a hr late and there was no luxury drive for what we had ordered so for the price find somewhere else

"We were supposed to be picked up at the airport in Milan and driven to Breuil Cervinia. The driver arrived almost two hours late. It was also impossible to get in touch with him, and it was very difficult to reach anyone centrally. When the driver finally arrived, he was on his phone a lot, and it didn't feel safe. The return journey went as planned. Another driver came for that."

Our driver collected us early which was great but as we drove to Salzburg airport on Sat 15th Jan, the driver was getting exasperated by a 'tourist' driver ahead of us who 'did not know how to drive' , he beeped the horn, over took this car like a crazy driver whilst keeping his hand on the horn beeping like a mad man. We had three kids in the car with us. For €246 for a 70 minute journey, this was not a calm professional service at all, in fact it was quite a stressful experience. We will not be using your company again and we will not be recommending you to any one. Absolute unprofessional experience for a huge cost.

We used this service from Charles de Gaulle to Paris. The driver at pick up was an hour late. I received a text message from a different number to the one in the link to say he'd be 20 minutes late which was ok except that on the tracker (given in the link) the car was 45 mins away. I contacted dispatch and received a phone call to say he was at a different pick up point and when I got there he said he had just left as his free 10 minutes was up but again, according to the tracker he was not even at the airport. I tried to cancel for the return journey but was unable to do so however the return journey was much better as our driver arrived early. The quality of the cars were abysmal, we used uber during our trip and it was a much more pleasant experience. This service was no cheaper than a normal taxi/uber in Paris so I definitely do not recommend.

Driver had the wrong name on his sign. Contacted customer service who were useless and wouldn’t tell me the location of the driver. They kept responding “yeah” to my questions and told me the driver would contact me when he didn’t. We were waiting for over 30 minutes for the driver & Driver was there the entire time in front of us. Not the drivers fault, just the company and poor organisation and customer service. Won’t be using them again

I’m enquiring if this transfer company is bogus. I made a booking from Tenerife South Airport and as yet I have no confirmation. The site keeps taking me back to the form and won’t accept my email address or reservation number so I can’t cancel my booking. I did receive an email on Sunday saying that they would contact me but nothing yet. I’ve also tried to contact an English number given on the site but it doesn’t even ring. I’m travelling on Thursday so I’d be grateful for any information. Thanks

Like many other reviews, if there's any type of delay you are out of luck. Don't expect good customer service or any type of accommodation. This happened to us coming into Paris where our connecting flight from London was delayed. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the driver did show up to take us to the airport on the way out but noted that there was "heavy traffic" and they needed to pick us up early, which we agreed to.. But guess what.. not traffic and we got there super early and had to wait 1 hour to be able to check-in. Stay away from this company or book at your own risk.

POOR SERVICE. Unlike the previous trip, we did not receive a text from the driver confirming our appt. with his vehicle description the evening before - I didn't think it was a big deal, but the day we were supposed to be picked up from the hotel to go to the airport the driver didn't show up at the hotel. I called the Emergency number and left a voicemail - no one to contact live. After 20 minutes the driver came by the hotel pick-up area and said he was over in a different location - and we had to move all of our luggage over to that location. While driving to the airport - the driver was nervous and kept tapping his feet. After passing one tole - he stopped and just stared at the fwy signs confused. I showed him Google Maps and he said he was OK- but again just stared at the signs. So I told him the map showed to go right - he dropped us off at the first terminal for a different airline (we didn't know it wasn't the correct airline at the time), so we had to trek over to the other side where our airline was. The driver was very nice - but totally unfit to take us to the airport. Overall we were very disappointed - especially since our first trip using this company was such a great experience. it's taken me a few days since the trip to write this-I usually do not write poor reviews, but I think this should be addressed. The driver should be familiar with the route they are taking. He should have let contact us to ensure we knew where he was going to pick us up (since he didn't go to the Hotel).

We booked a Premium SUV, but it didn’t have working seat belts. The contact at the airport would call you and then hang up, then when you returned their call they would not accept. They also count an hour from your landing time, which meant we got through passport control and baggage collection in 40 mins but the contact rushes you to ‘go quickly’ when it is completely out of your control. Also called me sir when the booking was under Mrs. Very stressful when they keep messaging and asking for pictures of where you are. The fact the both vehicles didn’t have working seatbelts is unacceptable. The return driver although polite had a much smaller vehicle (not a premium SUV) and had only one working seat belt. Wouldn’t speak to us or offer an alternative.

Yes the driver was there waiting for us. Yes we did arrive (eventually) at the hotel. BUT although I paid 30€ extra to book a private minibus, we had to wait for another 4 people and be all together (they had booked private service too) The booking was at 17:00 but we didn't have a minibus till 19:00 The driver overtook illegally around 150 vehicles in his attempt to make up for the lost time. We almost crashed like 25 times. In general I was happy that I made it to the hotel safe but I think a lot of things could go better. I don't think I'll be booking again with them and certainly not a private one. Shared minibus for 30€ less since it's shared anyway

Be careful with this business, vehicle was old, former wheelchair taxi and drivers were unprofessional. Still had 131 008 stickers on. The service was NOT comfortable nor did it reflect the price we paid. We have request a partial refund of $124.86

Transfer from Milan Malpena to Colico. Opted for limo service, expected a Mercedes E class but got a rather old Volkswagen. So is appointed with this . Ryanair flight into Malpena was on time but delay in driver finding us. He was waiting in the wrong place He then demanded €16 for car parking Felt this was unreasonable after paying €221 cash to the driver for a transfer by Mercedes vehicle. Initial booking service was efficient, just feel a tad ripped of by th driver.

Mixed feelings as Orlando was good service but the New York taxis weren’t good, they didn’t speak a word of English and had 5 different phones texting me in Chinese, thought I was being scammed!!

We booked a transfer from Stansted airport to Dulwich. We were sent an email and a message telling us our driver would meet us in front of Costa Coffee holding a sign with my name on it. No one was there so I called the emergency number and was told that the driver would meet us at zone D. There was no one at Zone D so I contacted the emergency number again and was told the driver was on his way. An hour after our flight landed our taxi arrived, smelling really strongly of cigarette smoke. The driver was very polite and apologetic but we wouldn’t use this company again.
