“This is the worst service i have ever had from a transport company. Upon arrival at Geneva airport, our party of 8 people were left stranded because our private transfer didn't turn up. He didn't answer the emergency number or respond to WhatsApp messages either. When we rang the London number, they said that they couldn't get hold of the company, so we should make alternative arrangements. I booked this transfer 3 months in advance. After this debacle, they are now trying to wash their hands of the whole problem and say I should contact the small taxi firm who they contracted to collect us about compensation. The communication and service is the worst I have ever seen. AVOID”

“Booking was easy enough. However, I never received a confirmation for our return journey. Upon arrival to Tenerife, our driver wasn't waiting where they said he would be. But we found him, however, he wasn't a driver. He simply walked us to the long line of people waiting for a taxi and waited with us! When we eventually got to the front, he informed the driver of our destination and that he would get paid by them / him. The driver, to make things worse was falling asleep at the wheel, then took a wrong turn. We got out and walked the rest of the way because we knew the area. Our return experience, was even worse again. We woke up to an announcement that our flight had been delayed 24 hours (all flights to the UK had been delayed that day). Airport Taxi Transfers website says that they monitor delays so not to worry (clearly untrue) but to ring them on the "emergency" number in such circumstances. I tried over 30 times and the number was never answered. I also emailed, filled out a web form and tried whatsapp. I received a short email response late that day (after our driver showed up and left) saying that it was basically tough and we should have given them more notice and we would lose our money. We had to pay for a taxi again the next day to get to the airport. However, I wish we had done this in the first place, because it was also cheaper! Airport Taxi Transfers charged us an excess price and gave us zero customer service, nor did we receive what we paid for!”

“terrible. asked for a taxi to pick me up at 1730 and they only came at 1830. made me wait an hour to go to the airport? if i was taking a taxi from a place to the airport, i obviously need urgency. i messaged them and they said they tried to contact me but i didn’t receive any messages anywhere - not even whatsapp. when i finally messaged them, they kept telling me the driver was coming in a few minutes. thankfully i booked the car very very early. would not use this service again. can’t trust them.”

“Upon arrival the taxi driver turned up an 30 minutes late, only for him to tell us that he was having a smoke outside. Within this time we had called 8 of their emergency numbers and none of these calls were picked up. When returning back to the airport, we had an email from the airport with under 24hrs notice of the flight moving back an hour. The taxi company weren’t able to move our slot back an hour as it was under 24hrs notice, which was fair enough. However on the morning of the flight, the taxi showed up 40 minutes late which then got us to the terminal 20 minutes after last check in. Do Not Book With This Provider”

“The driver turned up at the wrong terminal and then dropped me off at the wrong address and then my return journey the driver was 20 minutes late so I had to get another taxi so I didn't miss my flight and they won't refund my fee.”

“0 or possibly a minus - yes you are somewhat right about picking me up 2 hrs after the plane arrived we communicated with text that was waiting for luggage but missed your call so you left . Totally unacceptable was you not fulfilling your contract and picking us up after many many texts calls and an email. Do not book this service ever Dr Nar Daljeet This is what I will post . Please refund my money or part of it.”

“We arrived at pick-up to find no driver. After waiting a further fifteen minutes we called the provided "emergency number". Eventually a driver came but not before we waited a full hour. The driver himself was a delight--friendly, polite, and skillful on the road. The car was clean and spacious. However, while we were waiting, I checked Uber price and could have had a ride in a similar vehicle (XL) for 10 pounds less. So it took us much longer and we paid more. We won't be using this service again.”

“DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I organized a pick up in Milano airport and driver did not show up. My daughter arrived on time and waited for quite a while. She tried calling the “emergency”numbers she was given when confirming the booking and one is in Spain and the other one is in USA. No answer on either of them. I have sent them plenty of proof that flight was on time, communication with my daughter while she was waiting to be picked up and still, the won’t take responsibility and refund the 98€ they charged.”
